Important Notice
Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once shipped. All sales are final.
1. General Return Policy
Due to the nature of prescription medications and telehealth services, we cannot accept returns of medications once they have been dispensed and shipped. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, efficacy, and integrity of all medications we provide. Once a medication leaves our facility, we cannot verify its storage conditions or handling, making it unsafe to accept returns.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund for eligible situations, please contact our support team at +1 (551) 239-9025 or email us with the following information:
- Your order number and purchase date
 - Detailed description of the issue
 - Supporting documentation (if applicable)
 
Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at +1 (551) 239-9025 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the process.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your medication has been dispensed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at +1 (551) 239-9025. If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Telehealth consultation fees (if medication is not prescribed)
 - Medications that have been opened or used
 - Medications that have been shipped and delivered
 - Orders cancelled after shipping has occurred
 
6. Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong medication or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at +1 (551) 239-9025. We will arrange for the correct medication to be shipped at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
7. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
